Learning about Mitosis
Mitosis seems like a long hard boring process but once you learn it, it's really not the hard. Just to start you out on Mitosis you have to know the phases. There is a "phase" called interphase (which includes S, G1, and G2) but it is not a phase of mitosis. It is actually just a phase that, I guess you would say gets the cell ready before it goes into cell division. There are actually 4 phases of Mitosis. Prophase, Prometaphase /Metaphase, Anaphase and Telophase. Prometaphase and Metaohase are basically the same thing. Most teachers won't teach you Prometaphase, so don't worry about it. The ending result of Mitosis is Cytokenisis.
